Artificial intelligence has been permeating society for quite some time and has taken a more prominent role in our everyday lives. As we seek to prepare our students for a constantly evolving and changing world, it is critical to learn how AI works and how to leverage its transformational power to make a positive impact on teaching and learning. While AI certainly presents some challenges, this course will explore how to harness AI for good, seeing it as an asset in our profession rather than a threat. Participants in the course will investigate both the opportunities and implications of AI in education as well as the ethical considerations for its effective integration.
